Zazen
Yakushiji Temple Mitsuzoin
Mitsuzoin was a temple of ascetic training, where Jimyo Shonin studied Tendai‘s esoteric Buddhism and Rinzai’s Zen, and spread
the teachings of Yojoryu . It is said that more than 3,000 monks from all over Japan have learned the teachings of Ha Ryuu ,
practiced asceticism, and received ranks. You will learn this teaching through a full fledged zazen experience and a sermon given by the chief priest in the main hall.

a sushi chef with 1,670,000 overseas YouTube subscribers and 2,590,000 Instagram subscribers, who is both "delicious'' and
"interesting.''
